ToughGuard

Packaging: 250 ml

TOUGH GUARD is an American product and the only products certified by all prominent aircraft manufacturers (Dassault, Airbus, Boing...),and from the area of coatings for the protection of airplanes, but also cars, yachts, campers, etc.The mentioned coating protects everyone from external influences and UV radiation, and thus enables much easier and cheaper maintenance of all of the above because the dirt is much less and weaker on the surface of the vehicle.TOUGHGUARD products do not contain Teflon or silicon, but are a mixture of 17 natural minerals and inorganic polyurethanes that blend with the paintand form a hard and shiny film that protects it.

 Product characteristics:

1. - Protects the gloss and durability of the vehicle's color (Xenon testing 2,000 hours in the attachment of the email), that is, it prevents the harmful effects of UV radiation that leads to oxidation of the paint

2. - The coating is extremely hydrophobic. It repels water and prevents the accumulation of dirt. It enables easy cleaning with minimal consumption of water and chemicals.

3. - The application is simple. It does not require special preparations, temperature, air humidity, nor the use of special tools or previous training.Lifetime of protection is 5 years.

Unlike the usual protection by polishing and the use of waxes or polishing pastes that are quickly washed off, TOUGHGUARD products blend with the substrate and make it strong, smooth and shiny.

Waxes and polishes cannot be retained on the substrate due to the influence of rain, washing with low or high pH, heat, marine environment, salt and UV radiation. On the other hand, waxes and polishing pastes absorb dirt.

Since protection against UV radiation is of particular importance for airplanes (prevents oxidation), please look at the testing in the attached email.

TOUGHGUARD made the test in cooperation with NIAR (National Institute of Aviation Research - Wichita State University) Ultra Violet Tay Xenon test, on the request of the company Dassault Aviation ( Dassault Aviation, a major player in aeronautics (dassault-aviation.com) ).
